7 signs you're experiencing impostor syndrome: ThePodcastHost Weekly Digest

Hullo there!

It's said that every podcaster can quote word-for-word the one-star reviews they've collected over the years. But, whilst these can sting, they're never quite as cutting as the one-star reviews you give yourself, are they?

Almost all creatives experience impostor syndrome at some stage of their journey. A little of it can keep you determined and moving forward, but let it get out of hand, and it could become crippling. In Podcasting With Impostor Syndrome? 7 Common Self Critiques, Lindsay helps us recognise these signs and offers tips for moving past them!

📽️ Do you publish video as a part of your podcasting?

Colin here - I need your help! We're looking to figure out the real state of video podcasting, right now. Ignoring the Rogans and the Coopers of the world, what are average podcasters doing with video?

We want to interview 5 to 10 podcasters who use video in their workflow. Each of the 5 to 10 people we select to interview will earn a $50 amazon voucher as a thankyou. If you're up for it, here's a really short survey to apply:

Apply to be a participant & Earn a $50 Voucher

As a bonus, we'll publish what we find out. So, you're helping us create a 'State of Video Podcasting' resource which can help guide your own efforts in that area. That's if you want to - there's still no requirement for video in podcasting!

Thanks for your help!
Colin

📕 Looking to Earn more from Sponsorships? New Book: Sponsor Magnet

We don't often recommend paid stuff here, but I think Justin Moore's new book is a must-read for anyone trying to win more sponsorships. We've no affiliation, and earn nothing from this, but I know Justin's work in this space is top-tier and will help you out! To get a taste, have a look at this clip from an interview I did with him a few months back - top tips in here.
